Cool The Gallery

I thought this place need a general dumping ground for all art not strictly GW related, so here's my creation - the gallery - replete with its own themetoon!

And here's my contribution to the art of Tyria... art from another world!

I'm not a huge fan of anime style n general but you got some really nice poses in there, especially like the one on the top right of fmalust.jpg

Hey, drawing is great fun and actually productive, you shouldn't shoot it down :-o You obviously have skill, it shows and if you're good at something and enjoy it...

Got any more?

i have tons more actually lol.. but not alot i'm proud of... but thats just the artist's own view... we are our own worst critics after all... i know that the picture in question didn't come out like it was in my head so i see all thats wrong, you as the observer have no preconcived notion and therefore see only the finished producr... hehehehe
here's something i just finished.... just tryin out my new paint brushes.. which i have decided were not worth the money
http://i23.photobucket.com/albums/b3...e/lockesyl.jpg
i think i'm goin back to no/limited backgrounds..... and usin my old brushes have better control over the ink with them
hopefully the next batch will be better

I think that all these pictures are brilliant! I could never draw anything as good as that. (I'm not all that good at drawing folds in clothing, hair or huge detail. Heck, I can't even draw a proper human!)

Since I have oh so many drawings of mine on my photobucket account, i've selected a few. Beware. I can really only do the japanese anime style...

I think that in the first one, she looks like she's wearing what could be a blend of Necro/Elementalist armour, but not the designs that GW has. *Shrug*. The second one comes from way way back, when I had only just got my tablet and photoshop elements, (Yes, I use elements.). So that would explain the bad lineart. And the colouring for that matter...

I'll probably add more when I can be bothered to spend hours making it look glamourous.

Fae, really dug your stuff,,,its really good.

Halev, same to you....

it isnt so much that people can/can't draw, paint sketch,,,whatever....its all about expressing yourself. you both have great expressionism!

Mmm, my kind of thread :3. I haven't been drawing anything decent lately, so I'll just show some older stuff.

I mostly work with natural media (watercolours, markers), because cg is so tedious ;_;
